Open Spellbury, tap the gear on My Words, answer the grown-up question, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. With Family Sharing on, family members can restore it too.

Tap Restore purchase as above. If your family uses Ask to Buy, the purchase unlocks once the family organiser approves it. Still stuck? Email us.

Many common words come with a clear studio recording. For other words, download one of Apple's free Premium voices: open Settings > Accessibility > Read & Speak (Spoken Content on older devices) > Voices > English, download a voice marked Premium or Enhanced, then pick it in Spellbury's settings. You can also record your own voice.

Tap Record your voice on My Words. Spellbury goes through your list one word at a time: record the word, then its sentence. You can also tap any word to record or redo just that one. If Record doesn't work, check Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone.

Yes, in the full version. Tap Paste or scan a list, then take a photo or choose one. Check the words it found, then add them.

You can delete words, lists and recordings inside the app, and reset stats from the Stats screen. Deleting the app removes everything it saved.

The same as the free app: one list of up to 15 words and Spelling Practice, with every word read aloud. Recording your own voice, Test Day and the other games are in the app.

In this browser on this computer only. It's never sent to us. Clearing your browser's data, or using a private window, clears the list.

On the Play page, tap Share list to copy a link. Anyone who opens the link gets the same words, ready to practice. The words travel inside the link itself; nothing is stored on our side.

Check the volume and that the device isn't muted. On an iPhone or iPad, flip the silent switch off or turn up the volume. Some browsers only play sound after you tap the page once.
